Refund & Cancellation Policy
- AL Aman Medical Center reserves full right to refuse/cancel a service request by you.
- A request for cancellation shall be made by you within 15 days of requesting the service.
- Upon acceptance of cancellation request, you will be eligible to receive a full refund for services not availed.
- Cancellations request received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case a customer is requesting to cancel a package in between then they will be charged at per day/session for the services availed.
- Refunds will be credited back via the original mode through which payment was made.
- For credit card payments refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the request.
- Cancellations will be accepted through email and our call center number (800 8332 & 800 46632273).
